Introduction

Euro Arms AB specializes in research, developing, manufacturing, marketing and sales of premium class defence products. Euro Arms’s products are designed and built in Sweden.

Overall responsibility

Euro Arms complies with the present “Code of Conduct.” All employees are expected to be knowledgeable of the business practices of their business partners and their sub-suppliers and subcontractors, to ensure they operate within the scope of this code.

Gifts

Euro Arms and its employees are not permitted to accept gifts from any current or potential business partner and/or their associates and/or employees. Although giving gifts is acceptable in some cultures, Euro Arms requests all business partners to respect this policy of not offering gifts to Euro Arms’s employees.

Bribery and improper payments

Euro Arms and its employees are committed to the highest standards of integrity, honesty, and fairness in all internal and external relationships. No Euro Arms’s employee will directly or indirectly accept, solicit, or offer to pay bribes, kickbacks, or other prerequisites even under unlawful pressure. This prohibition also applies to areas where such activity may not violate local law.

Child labor

Euro Arms does not knowingly engage or support the use of child labor. All and each of Euro Arms’s business partners are expected to comply with local child labor laws and employ only workers who meet the minimum age requirement for their location. 

Forced labor

Euro Arms does not knowingly engage in or support the use of forced or involuntary labor.

Compensation and working hours

Euro Arms is committed to comply with all applicable wage and labor laws and regulations governing employee compensation and working hours.

Discrimination

Euro Arms supports diversity and equal opportunity. Unlawful discrimination in the workplace is not tolerated, nor is discrimination in hiring and employment practices.

Environment

Euro Arms respects the environment and is committed to operating in compliance with applicable laws and regulations.

Health and safety

Euro Arms is committed to the safety and health of its employees and conducts its operations in compliance with applicable laws and regulations. Euro Arms promotes a safe working environment that supports accident prevention and minimizes exposure to health risks. Euro Arms shall comply with all applicable safety and health laws and regulations in the countries in which they operate.

Confidential information

Euro Arms is committed to comply with applicable laws concerning proprietary, confidential, and personal information. Business Partners are expected to comply with all applicable laws and regulations governing the protection, use, and disclosure of Euro Arms’s proprietary, confidential, and personal information.

For questions, comments, and non-compliance reporting contact your Euro Arms’s Procurement Representative or the Head Office. Non-compliance reporting may also be made anonymously via ethics reporting tools available through the website and/or at e-mail “info@hughespowersystem.com“.

Failing to comply with this code of conduct

Business partners are expected to comply with the present “Code Of Conduct”. Euro Arms reserves the right to stop any business contact with business partners failing to comply this document. Business partners not following the applicable laws and regulations governing the protection, use, and disclosure of Euro Arm’s proprietary, confidential, and personal Information will be reported for legal action.
